We are now able to offer you a new retreat experience we’ve been working on, which will be hosted at a fantastic venue in the nature rich Scottish town of Callander.
This is a day/weekend to invest in yourself by unwinding and re-charging. We will use a soothing blend of mindfulness, movement and sound healing practices to help rebalance mind & body and boost your energy.
This event presents a wonderful opportunity to learn and directly experience mindfulness practices, consolidate your already established practice and deepen wisdom and understanding from which we can all learn, grow and be nourished.
The retreat will take place on Sat 31st August and Sun 1st September where we’ll be combining some of our familiar retreat itinerary with more nature based activity on the Forested trails around Loch Vanacher.
Trossachs Tryst is situated in Callander in the Loch lomond and Trossachs National Park in a stunning setting just 15-20 min walk from Loch Venacher, a 20 min river walk to Callander town centre and a forest walk at the bottom of the drive and a hill fort with stunning views 20 min to the top.
Location Address: Trossachs Tryst, Callander, FK17 8HW
Venue: www.trossachstryst.co.uk
Saturday 31st August and Sunday 1st September 2024 - 10am - 5pm both days
We will have mats and blankets available. Please feel free to bring your own blanket or cushion if preferred and wear suitable clothing to maximise comfort. All food provided by the venue and ample free parking.
You can purchase day tickets or a full weekend ticket - the choice is yours.
