Revive and Release at the Japanese Garden Cowden
Come join us for a rejuvenating experience at The Japanese Garden at Cowden! Take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life and immerse yourself in the tranquillity of this beautiful garden. This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to relax, unwind, and connect with nature. Whether you're looking to revive your spirit or release stress, this day retreat is sure to leave you feeling refreshed and revitalised. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to escape to a peaceful oasis in the heart of Cowden.
Start your morning with a aromatic cup of Japanese tea and light nibbles as we get to know eachother and take in the scene.
This workshop will include:
- Awakening Tai-Chi inspired flow
- Technique breakdown and mini workshop
- Gentle and energising strength and mobility Pilates
- Music based yoga inspired flow
- Breathwork
- Meditation
- Guided Tour of the Japanese Gardens
- Gift Bags
Throughout the day, there will be breaks where you can enjoy some light snacks and drinks**.
There is a wonderful small café available at the gardens should you wish to purchase any additional food or refreshments during your time at the gardens.
What to wear:
Come dressed in comfortable, light and breathable clothes that will allow you to move without restriction and stay cool.
As the beautiful Scottish scenery also comes with wonderful Scottish weather. For the guided tour, please have layers available that will keep you warm and dry but also can be removed should we be graced with a warm October day.
What to bring:
Feel free to bring any mats, blocks or towels of your own but do not worry, we will have spares available should you wish to travel light.
