This workshop is for community groups, community councils, development trusts and any community-led initiatives interested in ways to improve their success rate in funding local climate actions and community engagements. This workshop will share the knowhow required to attract more funding through improved planning and application writing skills.
Learn what funders are looking for and what you can do to prepare your group or organisation in advance to successfully apply for funds and grants. SVE will share the secrets to planning, uncovering the right grants, building good relationships with the right funders and writing grant applications that stand out from the crowd.
There'll be an opportunity to network with other groups over a light buffet lunch.
